LH Reborn — Laghaim Online

Game Guide

Getting started

What a new player should know: creating a character, keys and mouse, stats, Skills, potions and what happens when your character dies.

Creating a character

  • One account can hold 6 characters
  • Races you can pick straight away: Bulkan, Kailipton, Aidia, Human
  • Hybrider can be created once the account has a character of Level 200 or higher, and Perom once it has a character of Level 345 or higher (one per account). The team can change these numbers; the character creation page shows the Level actually required
  • At creation you have 80 Points to spread over the 5 stats, 5 to 30 each. If you are unsure, press the race default button
  • Character names are 2-20 characters long and may use letters of any language, numbers and _ - no spaces or symbols
  • You can delete a character from the character select page by confirming your account password. A character in a Guild must leave the Guild first

Mouse

  • Left click: walk, attack, talk to NPCs · hold it down and your character walks after the mouse
  • Right click: uses the Skill set on the right button (you must point at a target)
  • Hold the mouse wheel button and drag: turn the camera · Scroll the wheel: zoom in / out
  • Shift + left click on a player: player menu (inspect gear, whisper, add friend, block, trade, invite to Party, ask for a duel)
  • Ctrl + click on a player: attack a player outside a PvP area (inside a PvP area just click; see the PvP chapter)

In the game, press the ? button at the bottom right of the screen to see every hotkey · open the game menu with Esc and choose Help for short tips in the game, and type // in the chat box to see the player commands

Level, Points and stats

  • Each Level up gives 3 Points (10 Points per Level from Level 250 up). Points are used both to raise stats and to raise Skill Levels
  • Raise stats in the character info window (C key): the + button adds 1 · hold Shift to add 10 · hold Ctrl to add 100
  • Or type in the chat, for example //str 50 (add 50 STR), //con all (put everything into CON), //point (see the Points left)
  • Each stat can go up to 1,500
  • The game's maximum Level is set by the team

CONMore HP and Stamina
WISMore Mana · attack power of Kailipton and Aidia weapons
DEXMore EPower · attack power of Human weapons
LEADA little more of every kind of power · more Party members you can take

Stat reset

  • Press the Reset stats button in the character info window (C key). Each use takes 1 reset right; a new character has 3 rights
  • You must take off all equipment and fancy costumes first
  • Stats and Skills go back to their starting values, all Points come back, and the F keys you set are cleared

Skill

  • Open the Skill window with the T key. Raising a Skill's Level costs Points (usually 1 Point at a time) and Lime, and your character must reach the Level the Skill requires. Each Skill card shows whether every requirement is met
  • Some Skills need another Skill learned first
  • Set a Skill on the mouse: click the left or right Skill slot at the bottom of the screen, then pick a learned Skill
  • Set the F1-F10 keys: in the Skill picker, hover over a Skill and press the F key you want
  • Skills set on the mouse are remembered separately for each character

Quick slots and potions

  1. Open your bag (I key)
  2. Click the potion or Item you want, then click a quick slot at the bottom of the screen to place it
  3. Press that slot's number (the leftmost slot is 1) or right click the slot to use it
  • You can also right click a potion in your bag to use it directly
  • Ordinary recovery potions heal in parts: one third at once, the rest over 3 seconds. Potions whose names start with Instant or Ultra heal the full amount at once
  • When a quick slot runs out, the game refills it with the same kind of Item from your bag
  • Potions and town-return Items can be bought from NPC shops in town, for example the Doctor in Laglamia (635, 539)

New player coupons

Use a Supplies Coupon by right clicking it in your bag once your character reaches the coupon's Level (30, 50, 70, 90, 120, 150, 180). It gives 3 Rush Potions (more attack, defence and EXP). You need enough free space in your bag for the rewards. See the coupon's description for details

When your character dies

Killed byWhat you lose
MonsterLime equal to Level x 10 (characters above Level 20) · a 15% chance that 1 worn Item loses 1 Option step · an Item upgraded at an NPC may lose 1 point of its upgrade endurance
Another playerNothing
  • After death a window lets you revive. Your character goes back to the revival point of that Map (usually in town)
  • Characters up to Level 20 revive at full power · higher ones revive with 1 HP, so drink a potion before going back out to hunt
  • EXP and the + of your Items are not lost by dying

Other things worth knowing

  • Safe areas (in town): Monsters do not come in and you recover 30% faster, but killing a Monster while you stand in such an area gives no EXP or Lime
  • Day / night: one game day lasts 30 minutes. The Map's light changes with the time, and there is rain or snow depending on the weather
  • Delivery box: things from the market, the LP Item shop or the team arrive at the delivery box button beside the HP bar (the button shows when something is waiting)
  • Settings: open them from the game menu. There are 3 categories: display (Monster names, Item names, language), graphics (picture level high / medium / low) and sound
  • Big map (M): opens at the top right. You can still click to walk while it is open, and your position is an arrow that turns with the way your character faces
  • Disconnected: after a short network drop the game reconnects by itself and brings you back to the same spot. If it cannot, or you were disconnected on purpose, you land on the login page with a box saying why (for example you logged in elsewhere, maintenance, or the connection was lost)
  • Before you close the game page the browser asks you to confirm. Press F11 to play full screen
